It’s been a busy year for Lineberry Developments. From new projects to upcoming renovations and exciting new tenants from Middle Tennessee to Las Vegas, we are excited to provide an update.
In 2021, we saw the opening of M.L. Rose and The Restore Hyperwellness Spa in the location formerly home to Logan’s Roadhouse in the Providence Shopping Center in Mt. Juliet. On the north side of Mt. Juliet, Taco Bell and KFC, which operated out of the same building for the last twenty years, now have their own separate buildings. We also opened new locations for High Caliber Weaponry in Donelson, the new Dollar Tree/Family Dollar concepts in Linden, TN, and Loretto, TN, and a new Dollar General store in Clarksville, TN.
Earlier this year in Mt. Juliet, we added the Burger King location on Lebanon Road, and the Horizon Plaza on Mt. Juliet Road, to our portfolio. Horizon Plaza is home to Tidwell’s Tots Child Care and Beniki Nail Spa. This prime location on North Mt. Juliet Road is ideal for retail and service industries. Expect to see some clean up and updating on this building in the future.
In October came the purchase of the Hermitage Commons Shopping Center, which includes CareNow, Qdoba, Firehouse Subs, Yogurt Mountain, and uBreakiFix. This shopping center is located in the heart of Hermitage on Old Hickory Blvd. There are no plans on making changes to this shopping center.
2022 also holds much change and growth for Lineberry Developments. One of our Las Vegas properties will the newest home for a Randy’s Donuts. Randy’s Donuts originally opened in 1952 and is the most recognized donut shop in the world. They are widely known for their numerous appearances in movies and on television and visitors come from all over making it an iconic location in Los Angeles (content from their website.) Randy’s new location will be near the Red Rock Casino on Charleston Blvd.
Plans are in the works for a new Whataburger location in Mt. Juliet as well as a new Camel Express Car Wash at the corner of North Mt. Juliet Road and Lebanon Road. Both are scheduled to be open in fall of 2022.
Big O’ Tires is currently under construction just down the street on Lebanon Road, next to Advance Auto. Big O’ Tires was formed in 1962 from a group of independent tire dealers with a common belief that service matters. Big O’ Tires evolved into a full-fledged franchise as it continues to find innovative ways to benefit independent dealerships and their customers. An exciting upcoming project happening in Mt. Juliet is the 3 acres we acquired next to City Hall on North Mt. Juliet Road near The Incredible Christmas Place. The plans are actively being developed for this property. Several “local” Nashville restaurateurs have expressed interest in this location. We are excited to announce plans early next year.
