Looking Ahead in 2025

Walking into this new year with excitement and expectation with all that is happening in Mt. Juliet. Last year, we broke ground on multiple new businesses and completed some also. The growth over the last few years has been enormous and is still thriving.

2024 was an extraordinary year finalizing the facilities for Whataburger and Camel Car Wash. These booming businesses have added much desired opportunity for Mt. Juliet residents. The prime location at the corner of Mt. Juliet Rd and Lebanon Pike is perfect for anyone traveling through or those who live here. In addition to finalizing and opening those two new businesses, we broke ground on Chipotle, Keke’sChase Bank, Andy’s Frozen Custard and Texas Roadhouse – all in Mt. Juliet. Burger King on Lebanon Rd in North Mt. Juliet received a beautiful face lift and reopened last year also. And finally, for 2024, we are excited to announce that we have acquired the Mt. Juliet Commons Center, near Green Hill High School. This center is home to Cuerno Grill, Tangles, Polished, Farm Bureau, Modern Eye, Tinker Chiropractic, and Painturos.

As we look at 2025, several projects will be completed along with more new businesses opening. These include all the ones listed above, along with Nicolettos – which is still in the works for Mt. Juliet. Coming to the City Center this year is the Trainers Lab – a personal trainer. Bank of America will begin construction in Hermitage in the coming months, and Starbucks in Cool Springs is set to open this spring.

An intriguing business venture coming this year is Golden Bear Wine and Spirits. We are opening this with the Robinsons next to the Amazon Facility on Golden Bear Pkwy. Next door to this, a Public Storage will break ground on a 130,000 facility. We are proud to be a part of the growth in Middle Tennessee, especially in the Mt. Juliet area – an incredible place to live, work and play.
