Our latest acquisition was closed on May 5. The Town Center Station, located at the corner of Mt. Juliet Road and E Division St., has now become part of our portfolio. This facility, which was constructed in 2016-2017, is home to multiple Mt. Juliet businesses.

In addition to the Town Center Station, Lineberry Properties has other developments in process also. Located at the corner of Lebanon Rd. and Med Court, in North Mt. Juliet, Big O Tires is under construction. The foundation is laid and the steel is being erected. Big O’ Tires has “provided straight answers and reliable service you can trust since 1962. [They] offer a wide range of diagnostic, repair and routine maintenance services, backed by one of the best national services warranties in the business.” Expected completion date for this is summer 2022.
Benchmark Physical Therapy will also be opening a location in North Mt. Juliet behind Advance Auto Parts. Benchmark’s mission is “to serve our patients. [They] are committed to treating each patient promptly with integrity, honesty and compassion.
What-a-burger is still in process and currently under construction with utility work. Adjacent to WAB is Camel Express Car Wash. Accessibility to these new businesses will be made easily reachable from both Lebanon Rd and Mt. Juliet Rd.
Hermitage Growth
Chicken Salad Chick will be occupying space in Hermitage, in Hermitage Commons Shopping Center.
