Celebrating more exciting growth at Golden Bear Parkway and I-40, Public Storage will build a 4-story, 115,000 square foot facility. Sitting next to this new facility, located conveniently between residential and commercial land at the corner of Golden Bear Gateway and Rutland Drive, a retail center will be constructed with Golden Bear Wine & Spirits at the center. Other retailers will join this center as we get closer to ground breaking.
