A downtown property located adjacent to Printers Alley and recognized for an adjacent building with a prominent mural has been listed for sale for $4.2 million.

Located at 215 Third Ave. N., the 0.23-acre site accommodates a surface parking lot. Via Mount Juliet-based Lineberry Properties Inc., Mark Lineberry and various family members own the property. Lineberry Properties acquired the small parking lot and a structured parking garage at 217 Third Ave. N. in April 2008 for $6.6 million, according to Metro records. The company sold the garage in December 2012 for $6 million.

Lineberry Properties is asking about $419 per foot for the surface parking lot based on acreage. Bankers Alley separates the parking garage from the very linear surface lot, which is 31.5 feet wide and 172.5 feet deep and sits under the mural, which is noted for its guitars.

“The ability to purchase a parking lot in such a prime spot in downtown Nashville is very rare,” Lineberry said. “This Printer’s Alley parking lot provides excellent income potential and is a prime spot for future development.”

Banker’s Alley is noteworthy, among other reasons, for having seen the opening since 2016 of four restaurants/bars: Skull’s Rainbow Room, Bobby’s Garage, Black Rabbit and Gray & Dudley.
